Before Shipment: If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, you can do so by contacting our customer support team at 9812599898.
After Shipment: Unfortunately, we do not accept cancellations once the order has been shipped.

Damaged or Incorrect Products: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product by contacting us at 9812599898. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund.
Non-Refundable Products: Due to the perishable nature of our sweets and food items, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for products that have been opened or used.
Refund Process: If your refund request is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

We do not accept returns or cancellations due to a change of mind once the order has been placed.
